Check these first
- My widget does not show on CarPlay
Usually iOS older than 26, Show Widgets switched off, or a design change that was not saved with ✕.
- My car greeting does not play
The Shortcuts automation must run without asking (Notify off, or Run Immediately), and car sounds need Pro.

Write to support@stockimg.ai. These details help us find the problem quickly:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version — for example “iPhone 16, iOS 26.1”.
- The GirlyMaps version, shown at the bottom of the app’s Settings.
- For CarPlay issues: your car’s make and model, and whether you connect by cable or wirelessly.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — a screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
Things we cannot do
- Refund App Store purchases — Apple handles those at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Recover saved places, widgets or recordings from a deleted app: they live only on your iPhone, which is also why we never see them.
- Fix map data directly. Places and streets come from OpenStreetMap, which anyone can correct at openstreetmap.org.
